Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support building systems and MHE at a client facility in the Kansas City area. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and ensure reliable operation of conveyors, sortation systems, and related equipment while upholding safety standards.

You will troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems, maintain preventive maintenance programs, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient with PLCs, electrical principles, and industrial electronics.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain materials handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and sensors.
• Lead emergency repair planning and training for technicians.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with client and operations teams; promote safety.
