Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Senior Merchant Success Manager to drive value for enterprise and strategic merchants. You will align with complex middle-market clients expanding into new markets, communicating insights and leading strategic account planning.

You will manage business reviews, coordinate with internal teams, and build executive-level relationships to deliver lasting results. This role reports to the Manager, Merchant Success.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of sales and merchant services experience.
• Experience with business reviews involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Ability to build consultative & executive relationships.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve the merchant experience.
• Increase average performance and KPIs of customers for world-class service.
• Coach team members to support middle-market, complex merchants.
• Analyze merchants’ supply chain performance and identify opportunities/risks.
• Conduct business reviews and track merchant growth within ShipBob.
• Grow and maintain strategic relationships at all levels within merchants.
• Additional duties as needed.
