Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. MEP Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team in the United States. This role leads the project team to meet goals, budgets, and customer satisfaction with a focus on MEP systems in data center projects.

You will drive client relationships, manage contracts and budgets, oversee design development, procurement, and project scheduling, and mentor junior staff across multiple projects. Travel to sites is required as projects vary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Client leadership and business development: build relationships and lead owner presentations.
• Contract management: negotiate construction contracts.
• Project execution and financials: manage budgets, schedules, quality and profitability.
• Procurement strategy: develop procurement plan, bids, subcontracts for long-lead MEP equipment.
• Team supervision: supervise engineers and coordinators, develop onboarding plans.
• Administrative and financial assurance: manage accounts receivable and warranty issues.
