Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Dallas. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scopes, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while communicating clearly with the owner and team.

The role emphasizes preconstruction, subcontractor management, BIM coordination, and rigorous QA/QC, with travel as needed for project success on data-center assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in construction project management with focus on MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science (or equivalent work experience) is required.
• Knowledge of complex data center MEP systems with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Procore, P6, and other construction management tools is required.
• High level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity; ability to travel for project success.
• Willingness to travel as needed to execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the preconstruction process focusing on MEP trades including bidding, reviews, utility coordination, estimating and scheduling.
• Lead buyout, award, contract and coordinate MEP scopes of work.
• Manage MEP Subcontractors through BIM/3-D construction coordination.
• Lead implementation of Project Quality and Safety Plans with MEP Subcontractors.
• Establish MEP submittal registers and manage RFI/submittal forecasting to clients.
• Oversee project finances: budgets, cost codes, invoices and owner pay applications; mentor team.
