Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team. You will oversee MEP scope across data center projects, coordinating with owners, subs, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Procore and P6. Travel as needed is expected to support multiple sites and project schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction PM with focus on MEP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science.
• Experience with data center MEP systems and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Procore, P6, and other CM tools.
• Must be willing to travel as needed for project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP preconstruction activities: bid procedures, reviews, utility coordination, and scheduling.
• Coordinate buyout, awards, and MEP subcontractor scope with project drawings and specs.
• Manage MEP change requests, progress payments, and finances.
• Mentor team members and assist field with project scheduling tasks.
• Oversee Project Quality and Safety Plans with MEP subs.
• Maintain MEP submittal registers and related documentation.
• Forecast RFIs/submittals to client and third parties.
• Manage BIM/3D coordination for MEP subcontractors.
• Communicate project risks, progress, and commissioning plans clearly.
• Oversee project closeout and documentation delivery.
