Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. MEP Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Dallas.

You will oversee a project team focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for data centers, ensuring budgets, schedules, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes client leadership, contract management, and technical oversight of complex MEP environments, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience, preferably in Mission Critical/Data Center industries.
• Previous experience in the commercial construction industry with a focus on MEP systems.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop contacts and build client relationships; participate in owner presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and provisions for construction agreements.
• Oversee design development, budgets, and schedules while maintaining profitability.
• Develop procurement strategy; prepare bid documents and subcontracts.
• Supervise project engineers and assistants; onboard and train new hires.
• Manage accounts receivable and warranty issues; ensure administrative tasks are completed.
