Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a MEP Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team in Dallas, TX. You will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scopes, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while coordinating with owners and the project team.

The role requires 7+ years of construction PM experience with MEP focus, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in Procore, P6 and BIM coordination. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management focusing on MEP.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or construction science.
• Knowledge of data center MEP systems with minimal supervision.
• Procore, P6 and other CM tools knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel for project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities for MEP trades, including bidding and scheduling.
• Coordinate MEP scopes with owner and team.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and pay applications.
• Oversee BIM-based coordination, RFI/submittal forecasting and documentation.
• Mentor project team members and manage field operations.
