Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years conducting facility condition assessments.
• Experience with field data collection on mobile devices.
• Knowledge of FAC software such as BUILDER SMS.
• US citizenship and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility condition assessment projects for large portfolio clients.
• Mentor and advise team members, manage scope and quality.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, schedules and WBS.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Travel 75% or more and work flexible hours.
