WSP Global Inc. seeks a credentialed Professional Engineer (MEP) with 7–10 years of experience to lead Facility Condition Assessment projects across the U.S. and globally. The role emphasizes mechanical systems expertise, client focus, and rigorous quality management.

Preferred location is Atlanta, GA, but candidates from other U.S. locations may be considered. Travel up to 75%+ is required, with flexible hours and strong technical writing skills essential.

Formación

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience conducting facility condition assessments.
• Experience using mobile computer system devices for field data collection.
• Knowledge of facility condition assessment software applications such as BUILDER SMS.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain a valid passport.
• US citizenship is required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 75% or more and work flexible hours.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent technical writing skills and experience drafting proposals and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Facility Condition Assessment projects for large portfolio clients.
• Mentor and advise team members and leadership in the Mechanical discipline.
• Assess client facilities to determine physical condition and remaining service life.
• Document building systems using tablet-based field data collection.
• Lead teams and report status daily.
• Ensure quality requirements and contractual scope are met.
• Communicate effectively with project team members and clients.
• Provide teaching and mentoring to grow team expertise.
