WSP Global Inc. seeks a credentialed Professional Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in MEP and facility systems design, assessment, and management. This role focuses on leading Facility Condition Assessments for large client portfolios globally.

The ideal candidate has strong technical writing, leadership, and client communication skills. Preferred location is Atlanta, GA, with consideration for Virginia Beach, VA and other US locations. Travel up to 75%+, and a prerequisite US citizenship.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting facility condition assessments (FCAs).
• Experience using mobile devices for field data collection.
• Knowledge of FCA software such as BUILDER SMS.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; US citizenship.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ and work flexible hours.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility condition assessment projects for large portfolio clients.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with project leadership.
• Assess client facilities for physical condition, remaining service life, and code/compliance.
• Document findings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to proposals.
