WSP Global Inc. seeks a credentialed Professional Engineer (MEP) with 7–10 years of experience to lead design, construction, management, and assessment of facility systems. The role focuses on Facility Condition Assessments for large clients across the U.S. and globally.

Preferred location is Atlanta, GA, but candidates from other WSP USA offices may be considered. Candidates must travel ~75% and have strong leadership, writing, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience conducting facility condition assessments.
• Experience using mobile data collection devices.
• Knowledge of BUILDER SMS software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• US citizenship required due to client requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 75%+ and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong technical writing and proposal drafting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Facility Condition Assessment projects for large portfolio clients.
• Understand and implement project work plans and quality plans.
• Mentor team members and advise leadership on best practices.
• Assess client facilities to determine condition, remaining life, and compliance.
• Document findings using tablet-based field data collection and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients to meet deadlines.
