Job summary

WSP is seeking a credentialed Professional Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in MEP and facility assessments. You will lead CAF projects for large clients globally, applying meticulous knowledge of mechanical systems and proven leadership.

Preferred location is Atlanta, with flexibility to consider other U.S. offices. Expect extensive travel, strong written reports, and collaboration across teams to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years conducting facility condition assessments.
• Experience using mobile data collection devices.
• Knowledge of BUILDER SMS or similar CAF software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facility Condition Assessment projects for large portfolio clients.
• Assess client facilities to determine physical condition and remaining service life.
• Provide expert guidance on mechanical systems and facility standards.
• Document findings with professional writing and reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients to meet deadlines.
