WSP Global Inc. seeks a credentialed Mechanical/MEP Professional Engineer with 7–10 years’ experience to lead Facility Condition Assessment projects for major clients in the United States and worldwide.

The role focuses on mechanical systems knowledge and project leadership across large portfolios. Preferred location is Atlanta, GA, with consideration for other US offices; travel up to 75%+, flexible hours, and strong technical writing are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of facility condition assessment experience.
• Experience using mobile field data collection devices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Facility Condition Assessment projects for large portfolio clients in the U.S. and globally.
• Mentor and advise team members; communicate best practices within the discipline.
• Assess facilities to determine physical condition, remaining service life, and code compliance.
• Document building systems and components and justify condition determinations.
• Lead teams of assessors and report status daily.
