Community Partners in Action, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mentor for the REGIONS-Site Secure Residential Treatment Program for male youth, 2nd Shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am) in Hamden, CT. This role requires a strong background with at-risk youth, trauma-informed care, and supervisory experience.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and holidays. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply; travel and transportation of youth may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with experience working with at-risk or court-involved youth
• Knowledge of juvenile justice system and residential programs
• Willing to work evenings/night and overtime; ability to transport clients

Responsabilités

• Supervise Youth Mentors and coordinate program activities
• Transport youth to appointments and community activities as needed
• Maintain safety and conduct risk assessments in a residential setting
• Uphold agency policies and procedures and ensure logs and reports are completed
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as required
