Community Partners in Action, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mentor for the REGIONS-Staff Secure Residential Treatment Program for Male Youth in Hartford, CT. The role involves supervising Youth Mentors, ensuring safety, and coordinating daily program activities with a trauma-informed approach.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, experience with at-risk youth, and willingness to work evening or overnight shifts as needed. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred; CT driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience with at-risk or court-involved youth.
• Supervisory experience in residential programs preferred.
• Knowledge of juvenile justice system and trauma-informed care.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision of Youth Mentors and ensure safety of residents.
• Oversee daily activities, school and group sessions; supervise youths.
• Transport clients to appointments; maintain professional boundaries and incident reporting.
