Job summary

Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX Corporation, is launching a premium membership program for live entertainment experiences. We seek a Regional Sales Director to drive new memberships through high-touch, relationship-driven sales with high-net-worth individuals, reporting to the VP of Sales.

The Senior Membership Advisor will convert trial experiences into long-term memberships, representing the brand with professionalism and credibility while traveling across the territory.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing high-value opportunities, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or premium clients.
• Experience selling in hospitality, luxury services, private clubs, live entertainment, or experiential offerings.
• Strong ability to build and sustain relationships through trust and consultative selling.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent new memberships by managing a robust pipeline from outreach through close.
• Engage prospective members across multiple touchpoints: phone, email, text, in-person meetings, and live events.
• Educate prospects, deliver tailored presentations, and convert trial experiences into memberships.
• Initiate pipeline development activities via networking, referrals, and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Member Experience and internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding.
• Represent the brand at live events, trials, and hosted experiences, building trust and advancing opportunities.
• Maintain reporting of sales activity, pipeline health, and forecasted revenue in CRM.
• Contribute to development of best practices, playbooks, and processes as the organization scales.
