EventsAiLink is seeking a VIP Membership Concierge Services Manager to lead and elevate our premium member experience. You will deliver personalized concierge support and build lasting relationships with VIP members, executives, partners, and distinguished guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, luxury concierge, hotels, travel, events, guest services, or VIP client management.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
• Experience coordinating high-profile guests, executives, corporate clients, or premium memberships is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for VIP Membership clients.
• Deliver personalized concierge support before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate VIP event registrations, travel assistance, hotel accommodations, transportation, dining reservations, and special requests.
• Collaborate with Event Managers, venues, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless service.
• Manage VIP member profiles, preferences, and service history.
• Assist VIP members with exclusive EventsAiLink benefits and premium services.
• Resolve service requests promptly while preserving professionalism and discretion.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Monitor service quality and member satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Support development of new VIP memberships and concierge offerings.
