Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III in Framingham, MA. The role centers on delivering top-tier customer service, promoting Life Time to prospective members, and guiding them through the buying process to support club acquisition and retention goals.

The position leads the Concierge Team and aims to build value-based relationships that strengthen loyalty and help members achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. It is an hourly role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
• Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively builds relationships with members and guests with high-quality service.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing member needs, changes, and transactions.
• Support retention efforts by communicating options to members seeking to cancel.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve member questions and concerns.
• Customize the buying experience for prospective members by aligning amenities to interests.
