Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Framingham, MA seeks a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver service, and promote club programs. You will grow professionally through hospitality certifications while building a personalized succession plan.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle inquiries, educate on events and pricing, process payments, support new memberships and retention, and assist with service recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must multi-task, deliver high quality customer service, handle service recovery, and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments, able to stand for long periods, friendly and outgoing.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Effective communication skills and passion to serve others.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and creates extraordinary experiences with members and guests.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, member needs, changes, and payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality
