Job summary

SECU is seeking a Member Services Officer to support member needs through lending, accounts, and service transactions in a credit union setting. The role includes evaluating loans within limits, processing deposits and withdrawals, and educating members on available products.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with opportunities to participate in community events and continuing training to enhance branch operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members in consumer lending and loan approvals within assigned limits.
• Perform account maintenance and open all account types for new members.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with cash operations as directed.
• Process wires, tax-advantaged accounts, and basic account openings.
• Educate members on products and services and provide referrals when appropriate.
