Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of similar or related experience (Teller and New Accounts).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties and new account functions.
• Deliver sales and service excellence through cross selling of products and services.
• Open complex accounts (trust, estate, guardianship and representative payee) and explain terms.
• Obtain required documentation to complete loan interview process.
• Process loans and administer disbursement upon approval.
• Answer loan inquiries, calculate payoff statements, update payment information and adjust debt protection products.
• Adhere to BSA and other compliance requirements and travel between branches as needed.
