Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties and handle new accounts functions.
• Deliver sales and service excellence through cross-selling.
• Open complex (trust, estate, guardianship) accounts with terms explained.
• Process loan applications and disbursements after approval.
• Answer general loan inquiries and update payoff statements.
• Comply with BSA guidelines and other credit union rules.
• Assist with other office operations as assigned.
• Travel between branches as needed.
