Qualifications

• Knowledge of general credit union operations including cash handling and teller duties.
• Previous teller or member service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes members and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
• Provides information on membership eligibility, account types, loan products, and services.
• Handles transfers, loan payments, share transactions, and certificate transactions.
• Explains loan products, interviews applicants, and reviews applications per approval terms.
• Contacts members to follow up on loan requests and educates on loan protection products.
• Identifies opportunities to cross-sell credit union services to meet member needs.
