Job summary

Cedar Point Federal Credit Union in Maryland seeks a friendly Teller/Member Service Associate to process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions across New Accounts, Lending, Reception, and Teller areas.

You will answer questions, offer credit union products, maintain accounts, assist with digital banking, and ensure accurate cash handling, vault, and ATM duties while upholding BSA and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• One+ years financial experience a plus
• Loan experience a plus
• General office experience may be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about products and services; stay current on offerings.
• Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, wire transfers, and more.
• Balance cash, checks, and other items; identify and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain ATM and ensure cash replenishment and receipts.
• Assist members with digital banking and notary duties as needed
