Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Member Service Specialist I/II, including teller and new accounts.
• Open complex accounts (trust, estate, guardianship, representative payee) and explain terms.
• Process loan applications and prepare/complete documents; administer disbursement after approval.
• Adhere to BSA and compliance requirements; travel between branches as needed.
• Handle loan inquiries, calculate payoffs, update payments, and adjust debt protection products.
