Formación

• Knowledge of general credit union operations and cash handling.
• Education up to the equivalent of a four-year high school education.
• Previous teller or member service experience is required.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information on membership eligibility, account types, loan products, and other services.
• Communicate information in-person, via email, and over the telephone to members.
• Handle transfers, loan payments, share withdrawals, check requests, and other member requests.
• Interview loan applicants and process loan requests; explain approvals/denials and terms.
• Follow up on loan requests and discuss Loan Protection products and payments.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
