Members 1st Partnership in Harrisburg is seeking a Member Service Representative II to support branch operations, drive deposits and loans growth, and ensure high member satisfaction.

You will assist members with new accounts, lending, maintenance, and service inquiries while complying with credit union policies and promoting self-service options. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, cash handling skills, and leadership potential.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in credit union products, services, policies and procedures.
• Cash handling skills and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with a sales mindset.

Mansioni

• Provide high levels of member satisfaction and assist with branch growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio.
• Assist members with new accounts, lending, account maintenance/review, and support services.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; support branch growth via lobby engagement.
• Demonstrate consultative sales culture and connect members to self-service options.
• May assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of Branch Manager.
