Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience is required.
• Additional banking, loan or new accounts training is required.
• 3+ years in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.

Responsibilities

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts and complex account types.
• Processes loan and new account applications and funding.
• Provides coaching on complex issues to team members and handles complex inquiries.
• Meets personal sales goals by cross-selling platform products and referring to insurance, investments, and mortgage.
• Resolves member issues promptly and professionally; follows up as needed.
