Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to cultivate relationships, process deposits and loans, and educate members on digital solutions. You will engage with Members in person or by phone, using consultative selling to meet financial goals and resolve complex inquiries with accuracy and empathy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in member service or banking, excel at multitasking, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving to deliver a memorable member experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in member service, banking, or lending.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in numbers.

Responsabilités

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts.
• Completes loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding.
• Cross-sell platform products to meet member needs and goals.
• Resolve member inquiries promptly and professionally; provide world-class service.
