Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a member service professional to cultivate relationships, open and service accounts, process loans, and educate members on digital solutions. Using a consultative approach, you will cross-sell products, resolve inquiries, and support members through complex financial journeys while maintaining accuracy and exceptional service.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to cross-sell and educate members.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and maintains deposit accounts including savings, checking, certificates, and specialty accounts.
• Processes loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding.
• Cross-sell platform products such as checking and savings, credit cards, loans, CDs, and insurance/investment referrals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
