You will build dashboards, develop predictive models, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive a holistic Voice of Member program across the organization.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and scalable analytics to inform leadership decisions and measurable improvements for members and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years in data analysis/BI roles
• Strong SQL, Python or R skills
• Experience with Alteryx/Power Automate or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights across member journey
• Identify member friction points and prioritize improvements
• Build predictive and analytical models to forecast behaviors
• Leverage sentiment/text analytics on member feedback
• Develop experience metrics, scorecards and dashboards
• Manage data and survey operations with governance and security
• Support survey automation and platform administration
• Create dashboards and reporting for decision-makers
• Translate analytics into executive-ready recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals
• Help shape theVoice of Member program and drive improvements
• Drive continuous data literacy and program expansion
