Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (SQL, R, Python) with workflow tools like Alteryx or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights across member feedback and journey analytics.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to improve the member experience.
• Develop predictive, correlational, forecasting, and prioritization models.
