Boeing Employees Credit Union is hiring a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform data from across the organization into insights that improve the member journey. You’ll build predictive models, analyze feedback, and develop dashboards that guide executive actions.

You’ll partner with Product, Operations, Data Engineering, and BI teams to shape a Voice of Member program and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python; experience with Alteryx or Power Automate or similar.

Responsibilities

• Transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights to improve member experience.
• Identify friction points and prioritize experience improvements that matter to members.
• Develop predictive, correlation, forecasting, and prioritization models.
• Leverage sentiment and text analytics to surface trends and risks across journeys.
• Create experience metrics, scorecards, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage data and survey operations with governance and security in mind.
• Configure survey platforms, automate workflows, and troubleshoot data flows.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, operations, data engineering, and BI teams.
