Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform cross-silo data into actionable insights and drive improvements across the member journey. You will partner with Experience Strategy, Product, Data Engineering, BI, and other stakeholders to advance BECU's Voice of Member program.

Remote-friendly role with remote or onsite engagement; requires residence in approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (SQL, R, Python) and experience with workflow/analytics tools like Alteryx or Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights to improve member experience and inform strategic decisions.
• Identify member friction points by analyzing data to prioritize experiences that matter most to members.
• Develop predictive, correlational, forecasting, and prioritization models to anticipate member behaviors and business outcomes.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback using sentiment/text analytics to identify themes, risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Create and refine member experience metrics, scorecards, and indicators to monitor performance and health of the program.
• Manage data and survey operations across multiple systems, ensuring data quality, governance alignment, security, and scalable survey deployment.
• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize survey programs and integrations; ensure accurate reporting.
