Job summary

BECU seeks a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform data from across the organization into meaningful insights that guide member experience decisions. You’ll build models, dashboards, and frameworks to measure success and tell compelling data-driven stories for executives.

Residents of approved remote locations or nearby states can contribute, with a focus on transforming the Voice of Member program and driving improvements across the member journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python/R or similar.
• Experience with dashboards and scorecards in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights across member journey.
• Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop predictive, correlational, forecasting and prioritization models.
• Create dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics with goals.
