Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or similar; experience with Alteryx or Power Automate is required.

Responsibilities

• Transform data from multiple sources into actionable insights to improve member experience.
• Identify friction points and prioritize improvements based on data.
• Develop predictive, correlation, forecasting, and prioritization models.
