BECU is seeking a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform data from across the organization into insights that guide member experience decisions. You will build predictive models, analyze sentiment, and create dashboards to measure impact across the member journey.

This role supports our Voice of Member program and may involve hybrid work with in-person collaboration at our Tukwila HQ and remote options for eligible locations.

• Develop predictive, correlation, forecasting, and prioritization models.
• Leverage sentiment and text analytics to identify trends and risks.
• Develop experience measurement frameworks and scorecards.
• Manage data and survey operations with governance and security in mind.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
