Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform member feedback and journey data into actionable insights that shape the Voice of Member program and drive improvements across the member journey.

You'll partner with Product, Operations, Data Engineering, and BI teams to build dashboards, measurement frameworks, and survey programs, ensuring data quality, governance, and scalable analytics in a transforming organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python; experience with workflow and analytics tools such as Alteryx or Power Automate

Responsibilities

• Transform Data into Actionable Insights: analyze feedback, journey analytics, sentiment data, and metrics to uncover insights.
• Identify Member Friction Points: connect data from multiple sources to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
• Build Predictive & Analytical Models: develop predictive, forecasting, and prioritization models to anticipate member behaviors.
