Job summary

American Chemical Society is looking for a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to lead the meetings management tech stack, support registration workflows, and drive platform integrations. This fully remote role partners with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless attendee experiences.

You will administer meeting SaaS tools, manage training and data access, build registration sites and mobile apps, and advocate for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
• CMP or Cvent Certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology or related roles.
• Experience with registration platforms and attendee data workflows.
• Knowledge of SSO/SAML, basic API testing or iPaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as system administrator for meeting SaaS platforms and manage configurations.
• Provide training, manage user access, data storage and privacy processes.
• Implement the technology roadmap, integrations and platform strategy.
• Oversee registration templates, attendee data flows, reporting and payments.
• Build and maintain registration sites and mobile apps with on-brand UX.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and roadmap alignment.
• Lead cross-functional projects, drive process improvements and QA.
