Zusammenfassung

The American Chemical Society seeks a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee meetings management technology and attendee systems. You will administer meeting SaaS platforms, drive support, and collaborate across teams to optimize registration flows and data integrity.

You will lead platform strategy, vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives to improve attendee experiences, accessibility, and security. Remote work options are available with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CMP Certification or Cvent Certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology, registration platforms, or marketing/event operations.
• Knowledge of EIC's Accepted Practices Guidelines for meeting planning (or similar).
• Experience owning administration of event-related SaaS tools (permissions, SSO/SAML, API testing, templates, data fields, integrations).
• Hands-on experience building registration websites and mobile apps (PCI awareness, credit-card processing flows).
• QA & UAT: checklists, testing, accessibility basics (WCAG).
• Experience with vendor management, SLAs, roadmaps, and SOP documentation.

• Serve as system administrator for meeting SaaS tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage training, user access, data storage, and obfuscation processes.
• Implement meeting technology roadmap, integrations, and platform strategy.
• Oversee registration templates, attendee data workflows, reporting, payment processing, and communications.
• Build and maintain registration sites and mobile apps with on-brand UX.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure services meet requirements.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support across teams.
