• Bachelor's Degree required; CMP or Cvent certification preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology or related roles.
• Experience with event registration platforms and SaaS tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and data privacy basics.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings technology and platform administration for SaaS tools.
• Oversee registration websites, attendee data workflows, and payments.
• Design and optimize attendee experiences with on-brand registration pages.
• Manage supplier/technology provider relationships and SLAs.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional support across teams.
