Job summary

American Chemical Society seeks a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee the meetings management technology stack and attendee registration platforms. You will administer event SaaS tools, drive integrations, and ensure secure, scalable experiences across meetings.

You will lead vendor relationships, champion process improvements, and collaborate with IT, security, and procurement to deliver high-quality attendee experiences and robust registration workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CMP/Cvent certifications preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events tech, registration platforms, or marketing/event operations.
• Experience with event SaaS tools and API integrations; knowledge of PCI basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings tech and platform support; configure SaaS tools and manage access.
• Build and maintain registration sites and mobile apps; ensure seamless attendee experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive platform roadmaps with Procurement/IT.
• Lead process improvements, SOPs, QA, and cross-functional collaboration.
