Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage Meetings Management Technology and Platform Support; administer meeting SaaS tools and configurations.
• Oversee registration websites, attendee data workflows, reporting, payment processing, and communications.
• Design and optimize attendee experiences via registration sites and mobile apps; ensure clear navigation and user flows.
