Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager in Herndon, VA to drive group and catering sales across market segments, focusing on smaller blocks and meetings. You will manage client accounts from initial contact through post-event follow-up to retain business and maximize revenue.

Key duties include site inspections, contract creation, and close coordination with the operations team to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales required; Northern Virginia market knowledge preferred.
• Marriott CI/TY sales system experience required with BEO detailing.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Professional demeanor with superb communication, verbal, telephone, and email skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and follow-up on details.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to incoming group and catering opportunities.
• Ensure bookings meet hotel parameters (F&B minimums, space rental, menu pricing).
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
• Create contracts and maintain client account files.
• Prospect for new business through calls, blitzes, and industry events; maintain relationships.
• Detail events and coordinate with Operations to ensure execution and satisfaction.
