Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Group Sales Manager for a full-service property. The role focuses on generating new group business, maximizing revenue from assigned market segments, and closing deals through proactive prospecting and client engagement.

The position requires collaboration with Sales, Revenue, and Event Management teams to deliver seamless client experiences from initial contact through program execution while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in group sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing group business through outside sales calls and networking.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts across corporate, SMERF, government, and associations.
• Collaborate with Catering, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to align on pricing and service.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and track activity.
