Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous Hotel Convention Service Manager experience required.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest room blocks and special reservation needs with sales, front office, banquets and reservations.
• Direct room service for VIP amenities and coordinate banquet/meeting room setup based on client needs.
• Review banquet staff work for accuracy and monitor in-house group activity.
• Conduct walking site inspections and promote hotel facilities and services to meeting planners.
• Plan and conduct pre- and post-convention meetings with clients and departments and generate account history reports.
