Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Sales Manager to develop and foster Group and Catering business for the hotel. You will drive revenue by expanding existing accounts, saturating target segments, and aligning with Sales and Event Management teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing the event lifecycle, coordinating contracts and room blocks, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience with group and/or catering business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients with timely communication.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts and developing new opportunities.
• Manage full event lifecycle including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, event management, and operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks, F&B needs, and opportunities.
• Meet sales goals including activity metrics like calls, tours, and appointments.
• Utilize sales systems to manage accounts and support business objectives.
• Maintain organization and time management across responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, training, and development within a collaborative team.
