PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation seeks a Senior Territory Manager to lead launch excellence and accelerate adoption of Aquablation across a strategic territory. You will build surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and guide accounts through training, workflow integration, and operational readiness for sustained growth.

You will mentor field teams, align with Marketing and Clinical stakeholders, and drive utilization metrics, scheduling efficiency, and program maturity to achieve market

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical sales, preferably Urology/OR.
• Startup or strategic sales experience in high-growth MedTech.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption in hospitals.
• Onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
• Develop surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with leadership on territory expansion and forecast accuracy.
• Coach Territory Managers on account planning and utilization growth.
• Analyze surgeon and patient pathways to reduce barriers and improve scheduling.
