Job summary

BD—Becton, Dickinson and Company—is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive product development initiatives from concept through launch. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure design controls are met, and keep programs on scope, schedule, and budget.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in MedTech or pharma project coordination, with travel about 10%. The successful candidate will excel in documentation, risk management, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business required.
• 4–6 years in project coordination/management in MedTech or pharma.
• Experience with product development lifecycle and design control.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, schedules and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Track milestones and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies.
• Support design control activities and documentation.
• Prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing to support development activities.
• Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and invoices with input from leadership.
• Act as a contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Perform other duties as required.
