Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of product development and design experience.
3+ years leading cross-functional teams through complex projects or programs.
Experience in regulated industries: Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple cross-functional teams to deliver medical devices on time and on budget.
Develop program plans and monitor milestones to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals with business strategy.
Manage resources to optimize team performance and productivity.
Provide mentorship to junior staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
Communicate program status to senior management and address issues.
Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical functions.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies to minimize delays or costs.
Document programs including plans, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
